  bc.lcset = dtAllocTileCacheContourSet(m_talloc);
  bc.lclusters = dtAllocTileCacheClusterSet(m_talloc);
  if (!bc.lclusters || !bc.lclusters)   
    return status;
  status = dtBuildTileCacheContours(....);

When copy-pasting a variable, the programmer forgot to rename it from bc.lclusters into bc.lcset.
